01 Acceptance of Terms

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Termination & Suspension

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC requirements;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player;
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
